Houston Dynamo midfielder/forward Stuart Holden, long rumored to be heading overseas this offseason, could end up with a Scottish Premier League club, according to the Daily Record. The 24-year old Holden, who has a handful of caps for the U.S. Men’s National Team and will in all likelihood be part of Bob Bradley’s World Cup lineup “will be the only competitor from our nation to play in South Africa 2010,” says the Daily Record story. The article appears more speculative than anything else though it does quote Holden as saying “I’ve got a few options in Scotland and England.”
